Shipping Policy
Customers in Hong Kong will receive their purchases via Hong Kong Post Office register post or SF Express. Alternatively, you can pick up at our shop/office.

Free Shipment for Hong Kong customer.
Customers in Macau/China will receive their purchases via SF Express. or by Hong Kong Post Office Air Mail.
For international customers, we will ship your purchase via Hong Kong Post Office Air.Mail.
Customers in Macau/China/countries other than Hong Kong are responsible for their own shipping costs. When you check out from your shopping cart, the amount will be added to your bill.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at lucyshih@aol.com . If your request is accepted, we’ll instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
All items are exchangeable in a brand new condition with payment receipt, after our inspection, you may exchange to any other items which are available in our shop. Every purchased product can only be exchanged once.
Exchange Process
You start the exchange process yoy have to return the item to us first .
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/ the return form we provided when we receive the exchange request email, and mail your return to the address we provided in the email.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return .
